Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please, contact us by email. To start a return, contact us at info@tiinaalanenart.com

Original artwork can be returned providing it's undamaged an in its original packaking. All returns must be insured to the full value of the painting as you are still responsible for it whilst transit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We can not refund items that do not arrive back or arrive damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss value.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance costs.

Damages 

It is extremely rare for breakages or damages to occur. If you do receive a damaged parcel please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered. Once we have received the photos of damage, we will come to an arrangement together to solve the issue. Contact us at info@tiinaalanenart.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like comissions/custom or personalised orders. Please get in touch if you have questions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please note - the colors in your prints and paintings may vary slightly to what you see on your screen.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
